We thought both entrees were good, but not worth the high prices. I got the 48 hour sous vide prime rib and my husband got the Australian wagyu skirt steak with foie gras emulsion. I highly recommend the oysters, we enjoyed that most during our dinner. The food has flavor, and the presentation is terrific but if you have a larger appetite I would choose another location as it can get very pricey very quickly- for example their crafted cocktails start at $20. The total was approximately $250 and tip included was beyond $300. Because we were quite hungry, we ordered 3 appetizers, a drink, two entrees and split a dessert. The food was great, but I would not get the foie gras again (very tiny portion and very overpriced, $32). As we got our entree, we also had to ask for steak knives. It took a very long time get our orders and we had to ask for our water to be refilled. There were not many patrons for a Sunday evening and many times I saw our server chatting with his colleagues or simply disappearing. However as the night progressed, we became less impressed with service. We were greeted by our server who wished my husband a good birthday and everything things started off well. Our first impression was that the kitchen was very clean and the chefs knew what they were doing. We decided to sit near the kitchen to get in on the behind-the-scenes action. We got dressed up and upon arrival, the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything to which I responded my husband’s birthday. I came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday after reading so many excellent reviews.
